Child protection & safeguarding (POCSO)
Horizon follows a written safeguarding policy in line with the POCSO Act and international best practice. All staff are trained, and any concern is acted on the same day by the safeguarding team.
Prevention of sexual harassment (POSH)
An Internal Committee constituted under the POSH Act, 2013 addresses complaints from staff, chaired by a senior woman member with an external expert.
Anti-bullying
A zero-tolerance policy on bullying, including online. A standing team investigates reports promptly, with restorative practice and clear consequences.
Inclusion & equal opportunity
We admit and support students of every nationality, faith, and ability, and make reasonable adjustments for those who learn differently.
Grievance redressal
Concerns may be raised with the class advisor, then the coordinator, then the Head of School. Written grievances are acknowledged within three working days.
Fee refund
Refunds on withdrawal follow the published fee-refund schedule shared at admission. There is no capitation fee at any stage.
Transport safety
Every bus carries a trained attendant, GPS, a speed governor, and a first-aid kit, and is driven by a verified driver.
